Errata Vision: It is stated that the human eye can differentiate images at speed rates at about 20-25 frames per second. Unfortunately with today's high speed equipment this is just not good enough to capture what's going wrong. As most operators or engineers will tell you it is impossible to detect what caused the equipment malfunction at the higher speeds rates.

Erra'ta Vision was developed to enhance this detection process with its cutting edge proven technology high speed digital Gigabit Ethernet Camera system, simple to use, just plug and play. As the system design is for plug and play all that is required is to point the camera or cameras at the suspected problem area and let Erra'ta Vision do the rest. There is no time wasted with the setting up process.

Erra'ta Visions trigger system detects the problem automatically and records the stoppage before and after the event to a trigger menu for playback. This playback can be played at different frame rates selected from the drop-down menu.

Erra'ta Visions new development is aimed at closing the loop with its remote access to the application. First we have the in-house problem solving capabilities now we need to let the vendors and their technical engineers look remotely at what is causing their equipment to malfunction. Errata Visions unique in-house software design will allow for remote access to the application for any vendor with a web browser and permission to do so. This feature speaks for its self and the savings are huge. One scenario could be a major problem on a packaging line and all your in-house resources are exhausted. With remote access the vendor's technical engineer would log on to Erra'ta Vision to diagnose the problem which in turn would have a huge savings in downtime and service call-out costs.
